Keith Richards is an English musician, songwriter, and founding member of The Rolling Stones, one of the most influential rock bands in history. Born on December 18, 1943, he’s best known as the band’s guitarist and for his long-running songwriting partnership with Mick Jagger. He co-wrote the majority of The Rolling Stones’ biggest hits with Mick Jagger. Richards has performed for over six decades, known for his remarkable resilience and humor about his hard-living past.
